Lisa* is overwhelmed and worried. Lately, her son Michael* is throwing big tantrums over little things – nothing she does calms him down. Whenever she tries to leave, even for a short time, he becomes anxious, clinging to her. Getting him dressed for the day or ready for bedtime becomes a battle. She also notices that he’s overly sensitive to sounds, textures, crowds, and being touched. Lisa believes this isn’t just a phase, and something feels off. She’s not sure what to do next.
Rachel’s* daughter, Kim* is struggling. She notices Kim often worries about school, friends, or things that haven’t even happened. Making friends at school feels impossible – Kim feels left out, misunderstood, and too shy to speak up. It breaks Rachel’s heart when her daughter says, “I’m not good at anything… Nobody likes me….” When Kim comes home from school, she complains about headaches and stomachaches and has trouble sleeping. Rachel wants to help and see Kim happy again.

Luke’s* worried about his future. He’s a senior in high school, getting ready for college. Luke knows college is the next step, but he’s grieving that high school is ending. He’s concerned about what to expect, moving away, what he wants to study, time management, and making new friends. He wants to be excited about this new transition but doesn’t feel ready. His parents know he has what it takes to adjust to his promising and bright future. They want to help Luke see it, too.
Angela* thought her marriage was forever. But she’s now going through a tough and exhausting divorce. She’s unraveling, feeling anger, guilt, confusion, and fear – grieving the end of her marriage and the future she thought she’d have. It’s distressing thinking about financial decisions and custody schedules. Angela’s kids are her priority. She wants a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship with their father. She’s stuck between wanting to move on and not knowing where to begin.

The truth is, your struggles won’t simply go away.
They often grow deeper and more complex.
Doing nothing keeps the cycle going.
But with the right support, healing and growth are possible.
Therapy provides a safe, supportive space for children, teens, and women to begin untangling what feels overwhelming, confusing, or painful.
It’s time to experience the lasting change you need and deserve.
Hi, I’m Jen.
I’m really glad you are here. Welcome. You belong here.
My story began with my own challenges and healing through faith, counseling, and community. I now help women, children, and families navigate difficult seasons with greater clarity, compassion, and support.
Whether you’re a parent worried about your child’s emotional well-being; a teen feeling overwhelmed; a woman navigating divorce, anxiety, or significant life changes; or an aging adult grieving chronic pain and relationships, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’ll meet you where you are – no judgment, no pressure.
I believe in practical tools, honest conversations, and creating a space where you or your child can feel heard, safe, and hopeful again. Healing doesn’t always happen in big breakthroughs. Sometimes, it’s in the quiet moments where something just clicks.
You’re not alone in this. And you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
I’d love to connect. Let’s begin the process together.

What I Offer
Lisa reached out to me, and we worked together to give Michael the help and support he needed. Using play, creativity, and gentle structure, Michael made sense of his big feelings, felt seen and understood, and learned healthier ways to express himself. Lisa gained practical tools and insight into Michael’s emotional world, reducing conflict and strengthening their connection.
Rachel took the next step, and we connected to talk more about Kim. During our time together, Kim developed the confidence to speak freely, explored her identity, built self-awareness, and developed emotional regulation skills. Kim is happier than she’s been in a long time and is creating genuine friendships with her peers.
Luke’s parents knew he needed help and called me for support. Through therapy, Luke gained confidence and learned how to manage stress during his college transition. He also developed skills to navigate friendships, academic pressure, and self-esteem issues with greater resilience. Now he looks forward to the new and exciting experiences and opportunities that await him.
Angela was tired of feeling alone. I offered her a safe, nonjudgmental space to gain clarity during confusion, validation during moments of shame, and guidance in rediscovering a sense of purpose. With consistent support, the emotional weight became lighter, decision-making clearer, and hope more accessible.

Feel like yourself again.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, parenting struggles, or the deep sadness of loss, therapy helps you move from surviving to living with greater intention.
Restore connection, strengthen self-trust, and experience an open space for healing and growth at every stage of life.
That next chapter starts here.
Let’s talk about what’s going on and how I can help. Schedule your 20-minute consultation.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
